Liked: This place is not the best location but ok for an overnight stay and you get what you pay for.
Disliked: I was charged a $50 deposit on top of my bill and so far it has not been returned

It served an overnight purpose...

Liked: The door locked properly and there was a bed.
Disliked: There was very little parking unless you parked on the other side of the building, so we parked in a dirt lot. The ac took forever to cool the room, we turned it on full blast and left for a few hours just to cool the room and it was still very stuffy in the room when we came back. We needed more pillows but they don’t provide these after 4:30, at least that was on their sign in the office. There were a few dead bugs when we entered the bathroom.

Clean, comfy, quiet…

Liked: I appreciated the quiet of the room… especially since the location is sitting between a four lane highway and a trailer park…I appreciated the convenient location and easy access to restaurants and shops along the main boulevard..I appreciated the motel’s close proximity to the University…I appreciated the room’s kitchenette (full size frig & two range stovetop)… and a comfortable table for two or more diners…I appreciated the free WiFI…I appreciated the ease of check-in… and Ken.. the proprietor… his kind, respectful professionalism… I appreciated the new trainee Ola… his warm smile and attitude…I appreciated the comfortable mattress… and a shower with a lot of hot water and good shower pressure…It’s a “Mom & Pop” Motel… NOT a 5 star HOTEL & RESORT… So… if a good night’s rest in a decent, clean space is what you need.. the STUDIO 6 can absolutely serve that purpose…
Disliked: It’s a motel… so… yes… the bathroom could use a bit of sprucing up…. but… I didn’t find it unappealing… it’s what one may expect from an older property like a MOTEL 6…

Disliked: The location was a little hectic to get to. College traffic was mostly the issue
