Unpleasant and not worth the...
Liked: The location was close enough to the things we were visiting, staff were friendly and free parking
Disliked: Arrived at 3pm for check in (the allocated time) and had to wait around for 40 minutes as they hadn't yet cleaned our room, which delayed us from getting to our activities as planned that day. It is located pretty much under a highway overpass so didn't feel the safest as lots of abandoned and vandalised buildings at the end of the short road. Wifi was the worst I've ever experienced, it didn't work the entire 2 nights we were there which is incredibly frustrating. Room cost us $300 AUD and was nowhere near value for money in our opinion. The room was very outdated and worn and the hallway had sheets down and copious amounts of dust like they were renovating. No products were provided apart from soap bars (no shampoo, conditioner or lotion which you would be expecting for the amount you were paying). We also had to go searching for someone when we were checking out as desk was unoccupied and we had been standing around waiting for a while especially as we were in a rush to get on the road.

Disliked: I reserved and I payed for king size bed but I got only full size when I called she said we don’t have king size it was miserable stay

Disappointed.
Liked: The room was good but it was NOT what we reserved!
Disliked: We reserved a queen room with 2 queen beds, but they gave us one room with one queen bed.According to the front desk, it’s Booking.com fault.Also they charged $100 security deposit, and we had to call Booking.com to get a refund of the $100 security deposit.Good luck.
