Disliked: Roaches in room. Bed felt like I was going to fall off, was sloped to one side. Booked a non smoking room and the bathroom smelled like a wet ashtray. Seemed like it should have had a computer chair, but none was there. Had a coffee maker with coffee and lids, but no cups. First time staying in a hotel room that didn't have facial tissues. The rooms on the lower floor looked trashy, had canned food holding windows open to air them out. Not a well taken care of property. Pictures look nicer than it is. Reviews seem to be fake.

Liked: The room i chose was a bed room separated by doors with is own bathroom while the rest of the room had a living area a bathroom and kitchen with a bar table to sit at. It was perfect for my needs. Only wish there was another location with the same In my area. Price was unbeatable and staff was so great.
Disliked: A bit ghetto on the outside side but it was more the people not the facility. Even so I've seen way worse.

Liked: What I like about this hotel is that most of the staff are very attentive and nice people except for Teresa (she is rude and discriminatory), the rooms that the housekeeper Teresita (Hispanic) makes, ARE THE CLEANEST and most well organized in the entire property, obviously they have defects but they are from the property not because of the cleanliness.I am very picky about cleanliness and honestly I find it cleaner here than in 4/5 star hotels so, the price is worth it.If you do book here, ask for rooms in building 1 upstairs. This Sutdio 6 is pet friendly and I can trust very well that my lovely dog can be clean and safe sleeping here.They are the cleanest and I can even say the safest in the entire hotel.Viva Fiesta 😎 😏
Disliked: The service in the laundry room, all the machines (washers & dryers) were very dirty, too expensive for each service in the washing machine for less than 20 minutes of cycle and no hot water.And the lack of respect from Ms. Teresa (front desk) who discriminates against most guests, (if you are not WHITE or have a disability), is a sin for this lady to be rude and harsh.
