Disappointing

Liked: The room had a kitchenette, a big screen TV (which was nice as we watched the Super Bowl on it), and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Here it goes....the parking lot to the room was full of snow and ice. This was a handicap room, and there's no way would a wheelchair or even someone on crutches would have been able to get to room. People smoked outside the room next door and it seeped into our room, making me cough from the smell of it. There was only 2 bars of soap. No shampoo or lotion. The coffee machine still had the filter in it with grounds and the pot itself still had coffee in it. Who knows how l9ng that's been like that collecting germs....no dish soap to clean it.The tub and shower was not handicapped friendly either. The drain stopper for the bath was not working.
