Front desk woman wasn’t pleasant,...

Liked: When I arrived the woman/front desk was not pleasant she was quick to say she didn’t have my reservation and tried to dismiss me. I had to ask her to dig a little deeper to find me. Lo and behold she found me. She was able toCheck me in quickly. She handed me the key. I then proceeded to ask her which side of the hotel the room was. She was less than helpful “take the elevator to 3rd floor “ that’s it! I was polite and left. I used the stairs located on the side of building steps to the room. 1st was fine know issue 2 and 3 had so much water we literally waded thru water and our Shocks got wet. This was everytime we left the property. The next morning we waded through water again, this time there appeared to be a buzzing sound. As we got closer to the 1st floor I realized this was a fire alarm. NOTHING warned us on the 3rd floor this was happening. Nobody called the room to advise us of theAlarm the alarm lights wasn’t a strobing or anything. Very disappointed in this property. If the agent had been pleasant and gave me a heads up. I may have over looked all this.

Liked: When I tried to check in I was told they had no vacancy. She couldn’t find my name. I showed her the confirmation # . She said that didn’t help- they were full up there was nothing she could do. All hotels in the area were all sold out and that I should have checked in early. I ask about my refund, she said that was Booking problem. I ask you to please help with my refund.
Disliked: NOYHING

Very poor

Disliked: They steal at this location. Stated on 2 different times and things were missing out of my room! Expensive items taken just like that. The house cleaning go into the room when they’re not supposed to clean and your items are missing! Not a good place to stay!
