The stay was very pleasant and quiet. Our girls had a blast.

It was acceptable but nothing...

Liked: Nothing in particular.
Disliked: 1. No pool which is fine except in the summer!2. Laundry room "closes" at 11pm. You can still use it but apparently they don't want to being in there late at night which is the only time some of us can do laundry.3. I reserved a smoking room in advance and when I got there they said they were out of smoking rooms, yet every floor and every door i saw has a no smoking sign on it so I don't think they have smoking rooms at all even though they advertise that they do.4. My refrigerator was broken when I got there and they did fix it quickly which I appreciate, but the inside of it had a nasty smell.5. They have an ice machine in the meeting room between their workout room and the lobby , all of which close in the evening.6. The elevator smells like bug spray, and the first time I got in it I had to roach with my shoe.

Good

Liked: The location - Travel to and from to work.
Disliked: Maintenance was lacking in a few areas. Housekeeping refused to throw away trash for several days. Housekeeping refused to change bedding.

Disappointing

Liked: The housekeeping was helpful with information of eating locations.
Disliked: Walking into the room and seeing roaches.

Disliked: Everything about the property was fine. My only issue was the front desk worker. He called me to ask if we were still coming around 5 minutes before we arrived. I told him yes, then when we arrived he took my card and ID and charged my $114 for 1 night. I have reserved 2 nights for $150. He proceeded to lie and say my reservation never went through which made no sense because he called to ask if I was still coming. He then said he could give me the second night for $85 as if he was doing me a favor. These are some really sketchy business practices. I called him out and it was not taken well. He got defensive and said the reservation was never on their computer. When I asked how he got my number to call me he had no answer and stormed off to call someone. I will not be back.
