Liked: Customer service was nice
Disliked: The first room had people still in it when I entered with the key they gave me. The second room was dirty and the ac was broken. Phoenix is 115 degrees AC is a must.

Liked: I paid for a non smoking room, it was not clean at all and the smell of cigarettes gave me a headache so bad I had to leave the hotel within an hour of being in the room..
