It was wonderful.

Liked: OMG, the bed slept so good; breakfast in the morning; the cleanest; the great hospitality we received; we definitely will be returning; overall a great hotel stay.
Disliked: None.

Liked: Staff were nice, and helpful. Rooms were really nice, especially at the price. I'd stay again!

Liked: Kitchenette, new and clean facilities.
Disliked: Office staff, African American woman with dreadlocks mid 20s was the rudest and laziest employee I’ve encountered in my many years of travel. She played on her phone while she was supposed to be checking in guests. There was a very long line to check in, which we had never seen before at this hotel, and it was apparent that she could care less about her guests and more about her phone. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times but never encountered this particular person. Unless the company fires this person we will not be returning.

Liked: The room was clean and staff was friendly. The price was reasonable and check-in/out wasn’t a hassle.
Disliked: We weren’t allowed in the pool which was a bummer for my boys. Not sure why, there was no obvious reason and a reason wasn’t supplied. Vending machine was broken so no way of buying a drink on premises. No big deal usually but we were exhausted from hour 12 hour plus drive.
