Disliked: Room had an odd smell & stove didn’t work!

It's somewhere to stay

Liked: The beds were comfortable, the rooms and hotel was clean.
Disliked: The pillows weren't the best. On our first night the lady from the front desk called twice to verify the room we were in after speaking with a friend who told her our room number. I spoke with her both times. About 10 minutes later the only thing that stopped her from just coming in the room was the locking bar. The ice machine wasn't working, the stove in the room doesn't work.

Disliked: We were told when we arrived to check in that we didn't have a reservation. In order to let us stay we would need to cancel with booking.com. If a charge shows up on credit card from Booking.com there is going to be a problem. We were very tired that night when we arrived at Hotel and took almost an hour to get this mess straighten out. Very inconvenient!!!

Disliked: Housekeeping…. Comes around 2 hours before check out and open the door even after you tell her no thank you because your sleeping and not checking out today
