Disliked: The door looked like it had been broken into before the top latch literally fell off into my hand. The lamp was all messed up and broken. The TV remote didn't even turn on the TV. And the room smelled like cigarettes. Was very discomforting with my wife and new born.

I will NEVER stay at this place again.

Liked: The location was perfect. Close to family and friends.
Disliked: The room was unclean, the heater was so noisy we got no sleep. Dirty floor, broken ironing board, non working coffee pot, no amenities like soap and shampoo, no room service and the couch was filty and full of dog hair, hard bed pillows. Just not a good stay. I want my money back.
