Disliked: Whe I arrived to the hotel for check in, the lady told me last minute that there were no rooms available when I had indeed reserved a room the day prior. Very poor customer service. The parking lot was empty but yet you say all rooms are booked.

Liked: Stove didn't work TV didn't work before felt like something was biting me
Disliked: Nothing everything was bad

Liked: we had enough space the front desk lady was very nice came to recall her name she was a black lady probably in her 40s
Disliked: The smell of the room old liquor and cigarettes, we had to go down every day for clean towels, sheets, any type of room service no one ever came by to check when we asked we were told you had to come for things like that once we took our own sheets and towels down we came back and they were just sitting on the bed no one made the bed up or attempted to help...police kept knocking at the door the 1st night/morning multiple times
