Avoid! Tried to force us...

Disliked: We booked Deluxe King Room - Non-Smoking. After arrival, check in and payment we were told that there were only smoking rooms available even though I booked specificaly non-smoking room. Receptionist tried to convince us that one of the rooms was converted from smoking to non-smoking room. When we checked it with him the smell was awful. This was not acceptable trying to force us non-smoking persons to stay in cigarette smelling room and offering only air refresher as that wouldn't change anything. Despite the fact it was unhealthy, it would end up with smelling clothes and headache. Nobody should be forced to stay in cigarette smelling environment against their will. We were forced to find alternative accomodation last minute and never stayed in this Motel. This stay was simply not what was sold to us via booking therefore should re refunded yet no refund issued for a month now.

Reserved, prepaid, but no room...

Liked: Nothing, I didnt get a room
Disliked: I didnt even stay at the hotel. I had prepaid but when I checked in within my arrival window, they said that they were oversold and didnt have a room for me. They said they tried to contact me but I did not receive an email or voicemail from them. I drove 2 hours to find out that reserving and prepaying for a room did nothing. I was forced to book another property on my own.

I need you to refund...

Disliked: Stop renting rooms out when there's no rooms available

The staff is greedy and...

Liked: Nothing was good about this motel. I am afraid it is the worst experience ever.
Disliked: The staff was stupid and not accommodating. Just because I got a good deal through Booking.com, I was penalized by getting a smoking room even though I requested a non-smoking one. This was the worst and unrestful nights I have ever had. I will not recommend it to anyone unless the staff is changed.
