Disliked: The unexpected security deposit for a non-smoking room, the bed sheets had some weird nasty looking stains, same thing as the pillow cases, the shower towels had weird brown stains on it and i didn't feel comfortable at all, the bathroom vent was so dirty like nobody has cleaned it in months, the bathroom door was broken and i couldn’t close it properly and had stains on it, smelled like dogs and im allergic to dogs, and lastly the shower courtain has yellow orange stains at the bottom and thats from not cleaning and i know that bc i have a nasty friend who doesn't clean and his shower courtain has the same colors on it, and lastly the lady at reception was trying to force me to leave a good review without even stepping out of the reception office, without having the full experience. And something that completely pissed me off was that the pictures online there is a pool but the pool at the property is covered completely with concrete..... 0/5 stars

Liked: I made a reservation yesterday and went to check in my info was not in their system. I never got to get my room for the reservation I made. I waited for an hour to try to get in touch with costumer service for Booking.com and couldn't reach them .I ended up having to pay again for a room not the reservation I booked and got charged for it.,
Disliked: Nothing

Seemed shady that they wanted...

Liked: I was very impressed with the inside of these rooms. Being a hotel under $100 I was impressed but the blankets or as soon as the sheets, it was so cold. Seeing the outside of the hotel, it seemed a little like it was going to be nasty or dirty or out dated
Disliked: The lady at the front desk was very shady, she wanted $100 in cash for a deposit When my room is already paid for through booking. I booked a non-smoking room for me and my children, and she argued with us for about 15 minutes that we had to pay $100 in cash deposit for a non-smoking room to make sure we don’t smoke in there. She then called someone two different times on the phone and when we told the lady she was wanting $100 deposit in cash. She spoke to the lady at the front desk and we were finally able to get our room key without paying the deposit, but the lady at the front desk was very very rude to us.

Filthy dirty smelly room.

Liked: Pool was very nice and well maintained
Disliked: The reviews I read rated the Motel as clean to very clean. This is a very dirty hotel. Upon arrival I used a tissue to clean up water that dripped on the floor. The tissue was completely black. The floors had not been cleaned in some time. The TV remote was completely sticky, its the easy clean type so I scrubbed it off. No telling how long it had been. Its high season in Venice as the nightly fee implied. The Motel should provide high season cleaning. The room had a bad odor like stale beer, cigarettes and BO, we ran fans, sprayed perfume, etc and it never improved.
