Liked: That it was a newer property & location
Disliked: The staff that checked us in was very unprofessional. He had a foul mouth & was too distracted with friends that were visiting him at work. The housekeeping is bad. A big puddle of urine on the toilet pedastool bottom visible when getting out of the mold stained shower.

Liked: There was not any breakfast or if there was we did not see it.
Disliked: There were roaches in our room. Roach traps under the bathroom sink and dead roaches in the kitchen. The bed sheets were scratchy and top layer had tears. The shower head was rusted and there looked like there was mold forming near the tub.

Disliked: They told me that the towels were separated from daily people to people that actually live there for long periods of time My towels was nasty. One had a yellow stain and one had red mark like dry blood.Housekeeping was very rude to my husband spoke to I guess the one in charge and nothing was done

Disliked: Staff was VERY rude. House Keeping was very rude and unprofessional.The one that says was the one in charge young chunky girl ways very unprofessional. Never did I hear that the over night people and the ones that stay for longer periods of time have different towels given to them House Keeping just stared as guest were passing by talking very rude

Liked: near to mall
Disliked: the bathtub did not drain, water was up to my ankles. room floor was obviously dirty and has not been swept for a while. bed linen is so dirty, could see someone had placed their dirty luggage on the bed. totally dissatisfied. made this aware to staff to correct issue. did not stay, checked out on the second day. it is a deplorable situation and experience. will not stay ever again.

Liked: Ease of access and cleanliness
Disliked: A few remodel hiccups and thin walls that could be heard through. Also I’d recommend guest with pets remain in the same floor as some barked constantly.

Stay was good and recommend...

Liked: Location is centric, a mile from Katy Mills Mall. Rooms were very clean and staff were friendly.
Disliked: This is an extended stay and as such, folks staying here for an extended time seem to make it home, being loud and letting there dogs (large dogs) run lose (without a leash). Many times I had to pick up my small dog who was on a leash and was approached by a lose dog. When I asked the reception about there leash policy not being enforced, she told me the dogs were friendly. Definitely, this was and is the wrong answer. There was also a continuous smell on the back rear side of the building which I assumed was "medical cannabis". Always seeing the same guests in that area.
