Disliked: It was dirty and nothing like the pictures. There were a lot of roaches and the nonsmoking room smelled horribly like cigarette smoke and had burns in the curtains. There was dirt and mold everywhere. The AC unit had a towel stuck in it. The environment was very sketchy.

Disliked: Toilet flush when it decides told plenty of ppl no one assisted lie and said they were coming never did.. Property ran out of tissue ,barely want to give trash bags for weekly rooms .1st arrival went to 2 different rooms because of broken items n bed linen terrible the walk up and down steps 4 times 3 fight .roaches came out .room extra small not worth the price 370 heck Nall just a resting place when we had nothing

Disliked: We came to this city for the first time, I’m 69 years old. Registered for booking and paid. We were given a room in the sector where those who smoke lived. We opened the room, but it was a complete mess, dirty, the room was not cleaned, not ready. When I asked for another room, we were told that there were no more available. I asked to remove this, I even said that I was ready to remove it myself, they told me that they would simply return the deposit. Where should we go? This happened on December 30, before the New Year. It was impossible to find a free hotel. We slept at the airport.
