Disliked: There was never a manager available. There was really a rude clerk there the black lady, the fat, one the rude, one who all she wanna do is stand outside and smoke cigarettes. If the manager just look at the video, he will see how she talks to Customers that’s the face of your business. She doesn’t deserve to go work in a pie factory let alone work in a customer service position where she said she’s doing her job she does a horrible job. I was a general manager for 20+ years. I wouldn’t hire her if someone paid me $1 million. The only thing that kept me there as long as I stayed was the two young ladies and you guys know who you are , you were amazing in the price was affordable. I never had cleaning service no one ever knocked on the door to see if we need towels the day that I was leaving I went to walk down the steps and they had the door locked so you only way that you can get off the top floor was buy the raggedy elevator. I started to call the fire department because I know those doors are not supposed to be locked. Another Customers was complaining that he had got bad bit and it was charged $160 for one night and she was like well there’s nothing I can do you shouldn’t stay in the room. She really has no business working in customer service if I never see that person again in my life, it wouldn’t be soon enough, I don’t know if they have a corporate office just run by one person but the owner really needs to look at the videos. I see you have cameras everywhere just look at the videos of that young lady, Ashley or whatever her name is because she’s a disgusting human being.

Liked: The staff is the best thing about this property. Everyone is professional and accommodating.
Disliked: There isn’t much that I could say that I don’t like.

Disliked: It was on the back side of the building facing a fence. Easy place to get robbed in. Cameras only show certain spots while leaving your car to get to your room.
