Disliked: Staff rudeHousekeeping incompetent and lazy Towels and sheets were so called clean but always had someone else hair on them. Floors were dirty. Good thing target was across the street. I went and got my own set of Towels sheets and cleaning supplies. There was always police there for either domestic distribution or i kid u not, a mother and daughters getting attacked by 3 large dogs. To top off this, after spending over a thousand dollars + they had there audacity to accuse me of stealing there nasty Towels and kitchenette plates or bowls. Come to find out i know they were lying is bcuz i went and talked to Housekeeping and they gave me back the Towels I had bought at target and inadvertently left in the bathroom behind the door. As far as plates, i even bought my own paper plates.

Disliked: I used booking.com to book a room an hour before arrival & waiting in a long line for about 15 minutes & was told my room wasn’t booked because my card declined online. never got a notification for it being declined. asked if i could pay another way because i just wanted to sleep & she said no sorry we’re booked..
