Liked: The front desk lady was terrific. She has a future in hotel management if she so desires. I also like how friendly everyone was with each other, like a community of friends.
Disliked: Roaches. There were roaches.

Liked: I enjoyed the staff at the front desk very friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: The whole entire building needs to be cleaned,have pest control services,all carpets need to be removed and replaced throughout building. I had to spray my room due to all the roaches crawling everywhere and sweep my floor cause housekeeping didn’t do it.

Very poor

Liked: Very little.
Disliked: This is a poorly maintained facility.The furniture in my room was old and beat up, and there was a roach in my room.This facility brings in beaucoup monies from overpriced government contract provide long-term shelter to Virginia residents who are in danger of becoming homeless, and the management appears to put very little back into it, judging from the obvious signs of neglect and disrepair.This is why Americans are revolting against the exploitation of greedy corporate chieftains. Don't book a room at this facility. It's first-rate crap!

Horrible Booking

Liked: I honestly didn't like anything about this room I paid close to $700 for seven nights and wasn't satisfied. I had to check out on my second night there. Way overpriced for nothing.
Disliked: Roach infestation, room door kept getting stuck couldn't get in nor out without having to bang on the door, and yanking it open. I am very dissatisfied and will never book here again. Also, still waiting on my refund only stayed two nights. It was a nightmare.

Disliked: I didn't like how they did not accept me to get a room but I saw other people getting rooms. That was not fair.

Wouldn't rush to return to...

Liked: The Hotel was well located for our needs.
Disliked: The Hotel was in need of refurbushment. It had stained and dirty carpets, the room was in a poor state of repair and the facilities were tired and destressed looking. It was not a good example of what your brand can be like.

Very respectable staff

Liked: Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Truly appreciate them.
Disliked: There is a very bad roach infestation & someone allowed their dog to urinate in the hallway on the carpet.
