THE WORST DAY I HAVE...

Liked: NOTHING AT ALL TERRIBLE
Disliked: I'm not quite sure where to begin with how horrible and unprofessional and unbelievable are experience was at the studio 6 hotel in Greensboro North Carolina. So I'm just going to jump straight into it. First off it started by when we first walked into the hotel the kitchen wasn't fully furnished there was only one bar stool, no couch, no chairs, TV didn't work and it smelled like weed. There wasn't one pot,plate, nor fork or a spoon but it's advertised as fully furnished. Not to mention the downstairs bathroom mirror was ripped off the wall. The blankets and sheets on the bed had cigarette burns in them but it's supposed to be a fully furnished condo / room. But we managed to look past all of that and go to bed and we start the next day off with me trying to book the room again for another night over the phone because I had a work meeting I had to attend. But the front desk wouldn't let me do it over the phone, so I sent my friend there with the money (but I had already let the office know that the cash is on the way, it may be a few minutes past.(Even though I also paid for a late check out anyway)He says that's fine no problem we'll take care of you. So the day goes on and I don't hear anything and everything seems as if the room is booked and everything's all good. But it wasn't 2 hours later I'm getting a phone call from the hotel from a gentleman saying that they're going to charge me 50 more dollars for being late and that I'm going to be lucky just to be able to even get my stuff out of the room if I decide to cancel. I said well I understand being late and I'm fine if that's what you need to do for me being 30 minutes late then so be it if that's your rules no problem I'll pay it. It's paid....hour goes by..

Liked: In the first place I reserved a smoking room got their and they claimed they did not have any that was upsetting then around hotel people bumming money for beer and everything

Disliked: The tvs are old and u can’t hook up a game to it ps5 or nothin the don’t have the remote to change it to hmdi and the cable horrible they can do better upgrade the tvs to smart aleast for the price
