Studio 6 Flagstaff AZ

I purchased a room at Howard Johnsons, in Flagstaff AZ and left about 4 a.m. yesterday because my boyfriend started being bitten by bed bugs. We reported it to the front desk and the guy didn't seem to care - he just wanted to point out that they were sold out last night and haven't had any other complaints. I had to call them a few hours later, because I was trying to get a refund, and the lady that answered said no report had been made to her so the front desk male hadn't even reported it yet. I contacted corporate - I am waiting to hear back, and I have also contacted the BBB who I have heard from - they are awaiting a reply at this time and it could take up to 30 days for any word back.

Disliked: Bed sheets were dirty- stainedBathroom was locked and we were the ones who tried to open it Housekeeping barged in the room without knocking stating that bed sheets need to be changed! He says room unoccupied. Clearly there's no coordination with regards to their guest list and very inappropriate housekeeping attitude. I asked for the manager and was told they only come in at 10am and i cannot talk to them.

I would rate this stay...

Liked: The property is in a convenient area for food and shopping and clean.
Disliked: The cleaning staff were rude. When my significant other asked for towels and wash cloth he was told they could only give him the two towels. Bed frame was not something to lay on. Made noise when getting up or made a little movement.
