Not a family friendly place

Disliked: The people were very loud all night yelling and standing around outside the property all day making it very uncomfortable.

Disliked: We booked this property to stay with our toddler son. Upon arrival we saw that this property is an extended stay for people that are homeless or have drug addiction as it is evident as you them around the parking lot and coming out of the suites. We did not feel safe and decided to book another accommodation. I contacted the property and booking customer service, but none were able to help us to get our payment back. Honestly, booking should never allow a property like this on their platform. I have taken pictures that I will share on google review as it is unsafe for families to stay here. We should be warned.

You get what you pay...

Liked: It was close to everything. Cheap, which explains the poor condition of the place.
Disliked: The pictures you see on here are NOT accurate. The parking lot is filthy and small. The stairs and walkway leading to rooms are filthy. I would encourage you to bring your own bedding, our linens looked dirty (didnt notice until we were leaving) and the bed made me feel itchy. The people staying on the bottom floor were tweaking and playing LOUD music until about 2:30 am, couldn’t reach anybody at the front desk. The morning of check out, we couldn’t talk to anyone because once again - NOBODY WAS THERE. Also, had to contact them about my deposit because I haven’t gotten it back.

Liked: The room had everything we could want!Great shower pressure, exceptionally clean, really comfortable beds.Location was a little unpleasant, but there was a lovely store a couple blocks away. Ice machine didn’t work, outside was unclean, reception both didn’t answer the phone and wasn’t at the desk when I visited twice-even the bell didn’t get his attention. The day we left with all our stuff and dog, we had to get around a young woman on the stairs with Fentanyl nod off.Unpleasant not necessarily overly unsafe.

Questionable people staying there

Liked: The size of the room
Disliked: The floor was sticky. It seemed water was coming up through the flooring. There was someone above us who paced ALL night. Two people came to our room looking for this guy.

Liked: Hardwood floors, the led lit mirror, suites kitchen was clean.
Disliked: Location was not good. Outside the building was trashy, and druggie. The parking was small and bad. The drug activity was not good. I didn't feel safe.
