Clean rooms; well stocked with everything you could need. We will most certainly make this our first stop for a hotel when we come to Dallas.

Liked: Easy to get to vending and safe parking lot.
Disliked: 3p.m. check in is a little ridiculous.

Liked: Very nice hotel and the location as well. The customer service was great, everyone was very friendly. The was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Location was safe and peaceful. Super easy to get to.

The location is wonderfully convenient.

Liked: Great place to stay. The bed was comfortable. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeepers was so friendly and cordial. The room was clean, well cared for, and quiet. Easy to find, lots of shopping, restaurants, and gas nearby, so it’s in a great location, too. Great experience staying at this hotel.

Liked: The privacy I'm given.
Disliked: I did not like how many roaches i keep finding! Its gotten insane! I've had other rooms, and only found one on my other stays (I've learned those rooms are closer to the office). THERE'S always all kinds of hairs in the towels! The dryer lint must need to be cleaned.. Also, my floor always seems to have water come up from underneath the wooden tiles and leaving me stuck with wet socks(if i hop out of bed without putting on my slippers), and super wet towels.
