Clean rooms; well stocked with everything you could need. We will most certainly make this our first stop for a hotel when we come to Dallas.

Liked: Easy to get to vending and safe parking lot.
Disliked: 3p.m. check in is a little ridiculous.

Liked: It truly was the best hotel experience ever had. The cleanliness and atmosphere were phenomenal. The energy and genuine care of the staff set this place apart. he room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfy. Safe and quiet location. Highly recommended.

Liked: The staff was so friendly and nice! I came for a business trip. Our room was clean, spacious and well-equipped. The fitness center was great. So conveniently located to the stadiums and downtown Dallas.

Liked: The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The room and amenities were very clean and well taken care of. The location was conveniently close to the DFW Airport for those who may be traveling.

Good place to stay when...

Liked: No breakfast. Reasonable Hispanic food near if you have a car. Twenty minutes to downtown Dallas. Close to Love Field.
Disliked: In a bit of a food desert.

Exceptional

Very pleasant and cozy loved...

Liked: No breakfast but have vending machines pretty pricey and takes money so stop by store first or door dash like I did
Disliked: Expensive vending machines and the location of motel it was super complicated getting there

Bad

Disliked: My experience at this hostel was repulsive, plain and simple. We picked this spot because Booking.com swore up and down about being "pet-friendly with no extra charges". But when we got there, they hit us with an extra fee for bringing our 4-pound dog, even though the website said otherwise. That's some shady business, if you ask me.And the cleanliness? Don't even get me started. I walk into the bathroom, and what do I see? A freaking cockroach in a leaking toilet, hanging out like it owns the place. Gross, right? Makes you wonder what else they're not keeping up with.But it gets worse. The reception staff? Instead of listening to our concerns, they acted like we were bothering them. No respect, no empathy, just disrespectful. Pay us, I don't care about your future review, pay and leave. If an owner/manager is reading this review, please, do something to fix this behavior and sanitary issues. Under these circumstances I don't recommend this place even to my worst enemy.
