Liked: The cleanliness of the room is very important to me.
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable, too hard.

Liked: The room is spacious. There is coin laundry so we can refresh our clothes which is very good. Car Park is convenient.
Disliked: I hope once the front desk verified our particulars, please do not disable our keys during our stay. When we come back tired after a long day, we would like to get into our rooms asap to freshen up and rest instead of running up and down to re-authenticate our room keys. Thank you.

Liked: The outside and lobby were nice. The pool didn’t work which is one of the main reasons we chose to stay here. It apparently had been closed for a while.
Disliked: The pool was not open and had not been there for a while. The bathroom toilet would not flush properly and the bed were too hard.

Disliked: The bathroom tub/shower was old and I wondered if it was dirty. The water drained out slowly down the tub drain...gross! The floors in the room were damaged with peeling floor. There was no screen on the window so we couldn't open the window. There was so much noise from other hotel occupants. They were loud even late at night. They were using drugs and using loud profanity.
