Liked: Having a down stairs room
Disliked: Still waiting on my refund of $471 dollars called Bookings and they said your hotel didn’t enter the refund and it’s been 11 days.

Good price and location.

Liked: Good price and location.
Disliked: There was a very strong smell of cleaning solution. It is good to know they clean and disinfect but the smell was so strong I thought about leaving to find another place to stay. Ok to sleep but not for hanging out. There was a hard chair at the table and then the bed. There was no comfortable chair or sofa to sit on in the room.

Liked: the bed was clean and comfortable the staff was super nice and it has a stove and big fridge
Disliked: the pillows were the worst I killed a few roaches

Find somewhere else.

Liked: It was easy to reach off the interstate.
Disliked: Pillows were plastic. The floor in the room was slick and could barely walk on it. When we went to leave the next morning, the front door was locked, and we had to find someone to let us out of the building.

Disliked: Old everything, uncomfortable mattress and my door had space in-between so I hears everything outside my door.

Disliked: Thing to note but not within hotels control - train noiseHotel items that can be fixed - really hard bumpy mattress that will slide off the base if you attempt to sit up in bed to watch TV. Pillows were just some stuffing inside zippered cases and then covered in a thick, extremely noisy plastic that was ripped, torn, and almost funny. There were only three pillows anyway, and they were literally worse than a hospital pillow.Stairs had carpet that had pulled away, and the carpet tack strips were out where you step on them. The stair railing was hanging down because a couple of the braces were completely torn away from the wall. Cleanliness overall in the room and in the common areas was ok. I do realize that the hotel is listed as a two star, but I'm positive that there isn't a CEO anywhere in the company that would have lasted 5 minutes in there.
