Liked: I’m a retired 66 y/o hotel maintenance manager who tours the US by bicycle. I mostly camp out every night, but occasionally, I enjoy a nice shower and do my laundry.I’m probably more critical than the average guest being in the business for years. That being said, there were just a few minor items that I had no problem working around. Unlike the hotel where I worked at in St. Louis and charged at least twice the nightly rate this establishment did, this was a very good value.
Disliked: I really can’t think of anything.I was a little concerned that they took an additional $ 100 deposit when using a debit card ( which I know is industry industry standard to cover any damages) it was refunded back to my card in a prompt manner.

Great Stay for a great...

Liked: We had several outlets in our room. It was great!
Disliked: I didn't know the room was adjoining until we walked in. It was ok, though. I also did not know that a damage deposit had to be paid upon checking in. I was unprepared for that.

This place is terrible ....

Liked: This property is terrible. The rooms smell like weed even the non smoking rooms. I was not able to stay the entire stay due to the smell and the property wouldn’t even reimburse me for Atleast the last night I couldn’t stay. The sheets was not change . It was very disgusting as well.
Disliked: The staff were rude. They act like it was my fault for why the rooms were the way that they were. Actually, the guy that checked me in was very nice but after I address my concerns they act as if they did not care.

Horrific.

Liked: There was only ONE complete set of towels in the room. I attempted to call the front desk numerous times to request additional towels, but got no answer.
Disliked: There wasn't a single good thing about this facility nor do I have one positive thing to say. There was only ONE ice machine, which didn't function. There was only ONE complete set of towels. I called the front desk repeatedly for more towels but received no answer. Then days later I discover the facility has charged me claiming I stole the towels which were already missing from my room.
