Liked: Clean, quiet
Disliked: The manager was polite and precise, but not one who considers situations. Even though there was plenty of proof to show in favor of a guest, he did not care, and despite being polite, he was still insulting. As a supervisor, myself I would have had to amend things to improve the customers' opinion and to help correct the problem. This would then create a wish to return again and continue having the customers business.

Great price, great location, no...

Liked: Good price and decent location.
Disliked: The key cards kept stopping to work and had to go to the front-desk to get them fixed. Even late at night, this only took a few minutes, which while annoying wasn't terrible. At one point a person slept on the stairs near the room, although they were pleasant, it was a bit strange. There weren't any amenities in the room other than 2 tiny bars of soap, although I don't think I necessary expected more than that, so it was ok.
