Bad stay at a once...

Liked: The price
Disliked: The noise and the fact that there's people working on vehicles in the parking lot all times of the day as well as the night. I can't believe that the property manager allows this to happen. It looked like I was staying at a mechanic shop. That's my last stay there if this is what they're allowing to happen.

Disliked: That i reservrd a two bed room 2 weeks prior to going and the day i was suppose to check in they called and said they only had one bed availsble. That they 2 beds were under construction. And they didnt know about that when I made the reservation. So no discount or anything

Liked: Arrived late due to flight delays .called hotel no answer to let them know that I be late due to delayed flight,So I called booking.com was advised that I be ok as long as I checked in before midnight that day .Upon arrival at hotel to check in I was advised that my reservation was cancelled and they tried to call me and I didn’t answer,explained to the person that I had flight delays he said nothing he can do was management decision.I was upset crying left then he called back stating he will give me the same price and rooms
