Excellent.

Liked: Decor was lovely. Barista Bar (Starbucks) was well stocked.
Disliked: Coyote Ugly playing loud music next door. Once the band stopped playing, the room was quiet. Sound proofing between the walls/buildings could be improved… But, overall, it was a lovely stay, even with the music next door.

Liked: Love the decor, very clean and tidy. Love the Starbucks coffee machine. Location is great and within walking to all the downtown sites and bars
Disliked: Broken light fixture next to bed. Loose wires hanging out

We enjoyed our stay at...

Liked: Location was excellent being within a short walk to Broadway. Property was very clean and room was well equipped. The coffee machines on each level were a great idea as a hot chocolate before bed was welcome.
Disliked: The combined washer/dryer. The dryer took hours to dry our clothes

Amazing amazing amazing.would definitely stay...

Liked: The rooftop area was nice. Location was AMAZING! We loved the ability to do laundry and availability of additional towels and toiletries as needed. Studio 154 water bottles had the best water I could find in Nashville. Our view from the balcony suite was spectacular! Did I say the location was amazing! Loved the additional Starbucks coffee station.
Disliked: Rooms could be a bit more sound proof. The window on our balcony was broken so there were wasps and mosquitoes but we understand those windows are difficult to replace. Water pressure in shower was less than average. There was a musty smell during our stay but I think I figured out that it was the garbage disposal on the last day.

It was a lovely hotel...

Liked: Great location, very clean, very roomy. Loved the skydeck.
Disliked: The construction around the building but that was just an inconvenience not a reason to not stay there.

Best hotel we stayed in...

Liked: Super huge clean room. Kitchenette available. Tea,coffee,snacks in room. Overlooking the Mississippi River. Lovely balcony,although enclosed.Beds very comfortableLovely help yourself drinks area available on the corridor
Disliked: We had a major problem with gaining access out of ours to our room. Had to wait for other guests to be around to help us contact the management,who opened the door remotely. The tel number we were given did not work from our phones
