Liked: The room was very clean with daily housekeeping. Easy walk to the train/bus stations and withthin walking distance to the tourist areas. It's quiet since it's not facing the main road and the sound proof windows blocked out most outside noise . Julia was very responsive and provided all sorts of tips.
Disliked: Would be nice to have a mini fridge and water kettle in the room.

Liked: It was around 10 minutes walk from train station and town center also close to tram station. it is in an apartment that was split to several guest rooms. Bathroom was ok and the room cleaned daily. It is a simple budget accommodation reasonably priced for Florence. Never met the owner, everything done by WhatsApp and this went smoothly.

Liked: Thanks for a great stay and the host Julia was exceptional in providing detailed information, also about restaurants and sightseeing tips. She messaged each day so see if everything was okay. The location was very convenient and central and the room was comfortable.
Disliked: Only one little thing initially - there were perhaps no guests before me and the AC didn't work to warm up the room. Julia helped me via chat to reset the remote control...therefore it felt very cold initially and took a few hours to warm up the room in this rainy season. But I was provided an extra blanket and could sleep very comfortably.
