This was the easiest and...

Liked: The property manager was excellent, easy checking in and he had a book with local food and things to do ready for us.

Clean, cozy and conveniently located.

Liked: I loved the area right on the creek, walking distance to a restaurant and coffee, and the shuttle to bring us downtown for free. A walking path. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. Never heard the neighboring cabins. A large lawn for us to play games and for the kids to run around. Very clean, kept up well, very friendly staff.
Disliked: Everything was perfect for a family of four, with girls ages 7&10.

Great stay at Estes park

Liked: Everything was great about the property. Never had any complaints. It was close to the town.
Disliked: The only drawback with the properties that I didn’t know that it did not have central air-conditioning. If the conditions were any hotter, I wouldn’t have been able to stay. It was in the 70s outside so with the windows open and fans that they provide inside it was doable no complaints

Would definitely recommend

Liked: Location on the river was lovely, very close to the Stanley and town. Hot tub on patio overlooking river was super nice! Comfortable but could stand a little fresh remodel.
Disliked: Only one bathroom. We had 5 people.

Liked: The picturesque facility, grounds, and the fall River.The walk bridge over the river.The layout of the room w petite kitchen.The patio with table chairs & nice clean grill.

Very good

Liked: Beautiful, relaxing location.
Disliked: Very difficult to obtain items like toilet paper, paper towels, etc. They have a good procedure for towels but should have a better procedure for other items.

Didn't want to leave

Liked: The location was perfect right next to the river. Our unit 17, with 2 bedrooms, had a hot tub with deck overlooking the river. Kitchen and dining table and well equipped. Parking is right in front of unit with another deck with chairs Outside grounds were well thought out too, with seating options all over to sit by the river.
Disliked: Living room area could only sit 3 people, though we were outside mostly anyways!

I hush I could have...

Liked: Semi secluded, just out of town. Beautiful woods. Close to park entrance. Walking distance to nice restaurant. Serene.

A lovely place to stay...

Liked: We loved the laid back atmosphere of the place and the quiet, peaceful setting on the river at the base of the mountain. The cabin was comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved all the outdoor seating and hammocks all over the place. A great place to relax! Also only a few minutes to the northern entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and a 2-3 minute drive to downtown Estes Park. Would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: Just note that the reception hours are limited. They will leave the keys for you and you can leave the keys in the morning so you don't really need to go to the reception.
