Stayed for the Richie Blackmore concert at the Genting Arena. Very good hotel to stay at close to the arena. Clean; friendly and helpful.

Decent and clean room. Parking...

Liked: Check in was easy, staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was decent. Pub was good. Incredible value for money.
Disliked: Basic, some parts of the room could do with a refresh.

Disliked: Parking situation was a bit confusing, and the Wi-Fi in the hotel didn’t work (had to go to the bar to get any network).

Liked: Good but should have been fresh the mushrooms had a wired after taste to them
Disliked: Cracks in the wall round the window and a hole in the wall behind the door where the door handle had banged it loads

A nice stay close to...

Liked: Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely, with a nice big shower and overlooking the pub garden.
Disliked: Other guests were very noisy - had to complain as we could not sleep until 2am. Staff very quickly took action, however. After that it was very peaceful.
