Stayed for the Richie Blackmore concert at the Genting Arena. Very good hotel to stay at close to the arena. Clean; friendly and helpful.

Sun was out so great...

Liked: Been coming 9 years and going along to Meriden spice along the road, always come away very happy, staff fantastic, management came in to cook 3 breakfasts for us, so went above and beyond, nothing to much trouble,
Disliked: Speed bumps as my car is very low, but plenty of parking in the front car park avoiding the bump,

Comfortable bed, tasty breakfast. Best...

Liked: The location was excellent for me. I travelled up from Maidstone in the evening and arrived very late.The morning staff were very helpful and, too late of course, said they would have sorted a better room.The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful.
Disliked: Somewhat restricted in my walking nowadays I requested a ground floor room. I was informed that single rooms are all on the first floor and why had I asked. The reality was two flights of stairs full up and half down and the room was a long walk. The only window was a dormer high in the ceiling which required standing on the bed to open.

A good hotel on the...

Liked: Booked for the Back to the Beginning Black Sabbath gig as it was excellent value compared to Birmingham hotels on that weekend. Tricky to get back to late at night but during the day there was a bus from close by the hotel going straight into Birmingham centre. The room itself was basic but good, we didn’t try the breakfast but appreciated the tea making facilities in the room. Staff were available 24 hours and were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Our shower screen was broken. Our room was quite noisy as it was next to the car park.
