Liked: Simple, no fuss and clean room.
Disliked: Mattress in room 8 is a bit thin. I slept fine, but it would be even nicer if the mattress was a bit better.

Liked: Excellent location, room was very clean, had everything you need like tea, coffee, bottled water, an iron and board were available to use. Great communication from the owner. Online check in worked perfectly for us,
Disliked: Bed was quite uncomfortable, you could feel every spring and pillows could do with an update, but bedding was lovely and fresh smelling The carpet looked quite old and this sadly dragged the room down a bit as the room itself and furniture are lovely.

Disliked: Confusing on how to get in though th whist was lovely and helped us. The bed was awful, appeared that it wasn’t put together that well so the slats were loose. Woke up with huge dip and we had to get out and remove all the slats to get back in to bed, was not comfy though I am sure an easy fix by making sure the right size are used or that they are secured. Confused us that we went to bed in a flat bed and ended up like that!
