The worst 'hotel room' I...

Liked: This was the worst UK accommodation I have ever been inside in my 48 years of life.
Disliked: Where to start! The parking was insufficient for the number of people staying, the entrance area stinks like a public toilet and looks like a brothel, the door to the room was incredibly flimsy and insecure, the other rooms seemed to be occupied by people shouting into their phones through the paper-thin walls, the one tiny window was impossible to open and the opening mechanism was broken, the room smelled, the carpet was dirty and there were half-sucked sweets under the bed, the walls were filthy and looked like a crime scene. The room was absolutely tiny, the furniture looks like it had been donated by a prison and the heating unit was both filthy and rusty. We stayed in this room for 30 minutes - the time it took to book into the nearest Premier Inn, which is like the Savoy in comparison and was notably cheaper than this death trap Stratton Cottage Guesthouse! A total waste of time and money, avoid at all costs. Go to Premier Inn.
