Liked: Brilliant location, beautiful from the outside, lovely lounge area. Staff pleasant.The rooms were very clean as was the bathroom.
Disliked: Rooms are tiny, you literally couldn't walk between the bed and dressing table.You could sit on the loo, touch the sink and the bath/shower all at the same time. You needed to perform a triple salko to get in the shower!The heat was overwhelming, yes the hotel can't do anything about the heat, but even with a fan ( no Aircon), it was like an oven.

Liked: Excellent location and helpful staff
Disliked: Tiny lift, no air conditioning, room was small for what was supposed to be a superior twin, shower over bath difficult to negotiate

Disliked: Poor customer service Breakfast extortionate price for little produce, stations empty , breakfast should be fully available throughout the advertised period.Area where cooked eggs were brought from had dirty laundry piled up ( no more room for this photo!!)Will not be visiting this hotel for leisure purposes.

Liked: The location, facilities and staff were all excellent.
Disliked: Although the beds & towels were changed, otherwise the house keeping was very average. The coffee cups, spoons, toilet paper, water bottle and milks failed to be changed & we had to ask for refills.
