Great access and great feel....

Liked: Felt home.Mattress was really comfy. I usually have issues with hotels mattress not being comfy.Breakfast was great. Fresh and good variety. Sunny was very very helpful and accommodating. No noise from other rooms even though looks like a small space between rooms.
Disliked: All ok. Note that one of the rooms has its bathroom outside the room, but very close.

Liked: The property was very clean great location and super comfortable. Sunny our host was very friendly, courteous and very easy to talk to. The breakfast in the morning was delicious we will definitely stay at the bed and breakfast again in the future. Way to go sunny and thank you for a great stay

Fabulous host and much better...

Liked: The host was fabulous, property is small but cosy and very welcoming and clean. Sunny cooked a fabulous breakfast for guests and we enjoyed the company of other guests. Easy, 15min walk to Niagra falls. Would recommend and will 100% stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing

A very welcoming bed and...

Liked: This bed and breakfast was very good value for money. The prices at other hotels the night before the solar eclipse, were way too expensive. I really liked the quiet location and great breakfast as well.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike here

Liked: The room was spotless! Our stay was so comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I would 100% stay here again.
