Strathaird Bed and Breakfast

Liked: Strathaird B&B is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood away from the hustle and bustle of the Falls area. The WEGO bus stops at the end of the road so very handy to use to get around the area without having to drive. If you like walking it is about 35 minutes to reach the Falls, along the River road which takes you straight to the Falls. The breakfasts were delicious. We enjoyed having breakfast with the other guests sitting around the large table. Sunny is an excellent host very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for her.

Loving the stay..

Liked: I really like the location, the ambiance and obviously the host Sunny.. She is too sweet and helpful. It's more like staying at your home.. The breakfast was made by the host and it was beyond my expectation. I would recommend everyone to stay here as it really gives you homely feel.. 🤍
Disliked: Nothing.. Everything was perfect..

A delightful place to stay...

Liked: A very pretty place to stay close to downtown, the train and bus station, the river, and in a quiet neighbourhood a long walk (2 km) away from the bright lights of the touristy area near the falls. The falls are easily accessed using the Wego shuttle bus. The bedroom and ensuite are small but comfortable and you have access to the dining and lounge common area and an outside verandah. A short narrow flight of stairs leads to the bedroom. Your host Sunny is a pleasure to meet, very helpful, provided excellent communication for your arrival and a great breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was delightful.

Liked: This place is really good. It was the first night for a long time that I slept so well. The owner is fantastic. She gave me great advice on visiting Niagara on the Lake, and told a brief story of this victorian house. Can you imagine, the Magnolia tree in here yard is the oldest in the city. I love it. Thanks a lot for your hospitality.
