Liked: The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. Very roomy.
Disliked: My only complaint is that they didn't have cleaning staff to replace towels, empty trash, etc.

Liked: My room was in the perfect location to be dropped off at west centre lane and walk right to my room
Disliked: The walls are relatively thin and the neighbours were loud

Liked: The rooms were well appointed and clean. Kitchen is nicely stocked with dishes. Good sized fridge.
Disliked: There were no instructions for the fireplace controls. The fact that the suites are separate cabins is unclear in the advertising.

Will stay here again!

Liked: Great rooms with kitchen, couch, recliner,, and clean. Like being at home. Friendly and helpful staff. Very short drive to the airport.
Disliked: Some wear on dresser and nightstands, that’s it.

Liked: Location near the airport, grocery and restaurants. The kitchen was great to have if it had been better stocked with kitchen items.
Disliked: Old and run down bathroom. It’s one level so the parking lot is right outside your windows and can be very loud especially if someone is partying outside as they were during our stay. Heat is from small wall heaters in each room although did warm up a room very well if they worked.
