Disliked: Cockroaches, door deadbolt wouldn’t lock, requested 2 pillow prior to our arrival, and once there… everyday! Always an excuse, and the pillows never showed up.

Liked: Perfect location, very clean. Just what we wanted, affordability.

Disliked: I've stayed there many times over the years without complaints. This time however the room was still being cleaned 30 minutes after check in, so had to wait outside with our bags. The bed was way too firm for me. The coffee maker didn't work and no stopper for the tub.
