Liked: Location to m40
Disliked: Rooms were rum down, bathroom was basic shower was rubbish. No plugs near to bed or desk that I could see. The t.v was rubbish

Liked: The staff members were friendly and helpful.The room was spacious, and facilities provided with a variety of entertainment.The breakfast buffet was good.

Comfortable and well-priced

Liked: Lots of parking, including slow and rapid EV charging. Clean and in good repair. Comfortable room.
Disliked: In good repair but a bit dated, there’s that smell characteristic of older hotels all over the world. Labels on taps in the shower had fallen off, making temperature control a fraught exercise.

Great hotel, but overpriced and...

Liked: Food was good, Room was comfortable.
Disliked: The new billing system. Full payment taken plus £50 for any additional cost (drinks food etc) .Then at booking out the whole amount was again charged and I was told the payment already made would be refunded. Utter nonsense and lead to confusion and long conversation with receptionist.

Liked: Good location for Stratford-upon-Avon, comfortable room
Disliked: Communal areas a bit tired in places. Pool opening times really awkward for families so we didn't use it, which was really frustrating and felt like a waste of money we could have saved for a better hotel without a pool
