Superb

Liked: The room was a fair size and clean.Room cleaned and fresh towels every day. Requested a new remote for the t.v and provided within 5mins. Excellent location to travel into Stratford,we got the bus as parking is a nightmare.Parking at the hotel was in private carpark at rear. Two minutes walk to Indian, Chinese restaurant tapas bar and pub that did good food.
Disliked: Parts of the hotel looked a little tired but clean. We had a front first floor room and it was hot weather so we had the window open and traffic noise started about 6.45am. It didn't bother us because we were up but if you wanted a lie in it would be irritating

Clean but very over priced

Liked: Nice size room and nice colors
Disliked: Not welcoming , bright green exit light on in room all night , bathroom light was on sensor and would keep coming on all night. Fridge didn’t work lady in reception letf at 9pm and no one about in the morning just a box for keys

Comfortable and convenient

Liked: Good sized bedroom. Kettle and mini fridge useful. Plenty of parking.
Disliked: The shower was cold but I am sure that will be fixed.

Liked: Was ok hotel , enjoyed the continental breakfast in bed the glass jars were cute , good idea to have a fridge , room was clean, big bed was comfy
Disliked: Room 13 Shower was cold, shower leaked through the door when taking a shower this morning, no one was about for me to report it, big rip in the net’s bedroom window
