The Stratford Inn was excellent...

Liked: Every facet of our one day excursion to Ashland was excellent.The Stratford Inn, in particular exceeded expectations in every way. The price was so reasonable that we might have expected lesser result, but everything was perfect.

Liked: There was some type of error while trying to check in. Was blamed on the prosseser. Was not happy at all having traveled over 500 miles that day. Had to find different lodging for the night. However I have received a very nice message from the front desk manager. Assuring me I would not be charged for the night ( the clerk on duty could not reassure me) so all in all I'm happy with the way the situation was eventually handled.
