Great location, good rooms, wonderful...

Liked: The pool is always amazing, as is the healthy breakfast. Sarabi at the desk was extremely helpful and professional. Arriving early assured me a parking space out of the hot sun, and the hotel is close enough to the theatres that walking was the best option.
Disliked: The housekeeping was not up to their previous standard. Less than the minimum was done and specific requests were ignored.

Liked: The location was good because it was right by safeway and we could buy yummy food - the room was very clean and spacious and the bed was large and comfy

Liked: Breakfast was on the skimpy side: 2 dry cereals, oatmeal, toast, frozen fruit (thawed), overripe bananas. Staff was great.

Disliked: I have been overcharged for this stay. Booking.com shows that my booking price was $371.30 but the hotel charged my credit card $445.29. Please advise how soon you will be correcting this mistake. This overcharge is $73.99.
