AWFUL

Liked: Absolutely NOTHING
Disliked: I was told it would be a non smoking room. It was not. I have SEVERE allergies to cigarette smoke. Upon entering the room I started having a reaction. I went to the front desk and the woman was rude. All she said was “I went into the room. It is fine” even upon hearing I have an allergy and was having a reaction.

Liked: Affordable Price with nice and decent rooms. Staff were helpful. Rooms have microwave and refrigerator. Everything is on walking distance. This place is just right across from white water park and next to Wendy’s. This place is our favorite place far from home.

Worse night ever

Liked: The bed was clean I guess
Disliked: Felt like I was staying in a prison a 2 foot window with a sweet view of stairs. The bathtub was gross and the jets didn't work in it. The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking all night and didn't notice it till we woke up with our clothes and belongings covered in. What I'm going to assume was sewage water by the smell and color of it. Front desk staff when I checked in was rude. Over all it's a bad time and would never recommend or stay there again. Rock hard beds and super thin pillows. Lights flickering the whole time. Would not be surprised if the bathroom didn't have black mold in it 0/10

Disliked: the staff were pretty rude, specifically when i was leaving, and the bathroom shower leaked into the apartment below us at one point. which led to the maintenance guy coming and knocking on the door to dry up any spilled water on the floor. she kept our deposit for having visitors?? which is not a standard reason to revoke the deposit at ALL, because it's supposed to cover damages and if we leave the room a mess. it felt like i got scammed out of my deposit. she was even talking with the maintenance guy before i came to check out, so i feel like they arranged it as he told her to "handle it" of course, that's just my theory as i have no solid proof they knowingly scammed me. the room was visibly clean, but walking around for like 4 minutes left my feet completely black, so clearly they don't mop. the dust on the shelf was thick like it hadn't been cleaned in months. there was even a single dusty unused tampon on the shelf. the front door would get stuck a lot, was creaky, and felt pretty flimsy. the lock was just a standard chain lock if i recall correctly.
