Liked: Wonderful front desk. Bright breakfast area with lounge. Room was clean and with large bright window. Although the bathroom was smallish it was well appointed. However shower pressure was not great in Room 219. Elevator access was excellent
Disliked: Just a little bit distant from downtown. Not really walkable. May we suggest a shuttle bus..Kingston is very beautiful in its core and lake location.

Disliked: Everything was very basic. I'm allergic to dogs and even though there are no carpets in the room, my allergies were bothered. I could only assume it was from past guests' dogs.

Disliked: Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Poor picture on the TV screen .
