Hospitality 101

Liked: From the warm welcome through to the farewell wave our stay felt like being a guest in someone's home not "3rd room on the right, leave the key in the door". It's all about hospitality from the directions to local supermarket to eating options and ready response to the need for a printout. The location is five star, right on the Strand within easy walking distance of pubs and a united nations of eating options.
Disliked: This is an older building, so the rooms are not palatial. Immaculately clean well-maintained, nonetheless.

Liked: The staff are lovely & the location is superb.
Disliked: TV doesn’t have Netflix etc & the one in my room got stuck on one channel (ABC so no biggie)

Great location but very basic...

Liked: Great location but we found the room very small and difficult to keep cool in the hot weather. We were moved to a different room which was a bit better however we wouldn’t stay here again. Very basic accommodation.

Liked: Excellent service clean and tidy rooms walking distance to beach and pub and shop's.
Disliked: Nothing at all.
