The breakfast alone, would definitely...

Liked: The breakfast was outstanding. Classical music in background, heavy white linen on tables, a lot of effort gone into presentation. Very polite and professional breakfast waiter. Beautiful, top quality produce cooked to perfection!
Disliked: The welcome to the hotel was a little lack lustre and the rooms were slightly dated, but it is to be expected in an old hotel as such and it was exceptional value for money.

Liked: The honey moon suit we where upgraded and it was nice
Disliked: Tv to small and bed post was in the way of the tv screen on one side

Liked: Facilities, food, staff and service, exceptional. Loved the atmosphere and tranquility of the place.
Disliked: Could hear what sounded like a water pump in the hours of daybreak.

Liked: I regularly stay away from home and the hotel was one of the best hotels that have stayed at . This is why felt that should do a review and recommend to others as way of at thank you .

Liked: love that this hotel is situated really close to where family livecan visit without imposing on themrooms are nice i think tad over priced but we do save on diesel if we were in a hotel in the city so it balances itself out
Disliked: windows do not open - we like fresh air in the room

Lovely historical house, comfortable and...

Liked: They were fabulous with our toddler and her single bed she loved. The 4 poster was soo comfortable. The room was quiet and dark to sleep. The staff were all friendly and being history lovers we loved the look of the place which was old but not shabby. It’s been unkept very well and attention to detail throughout.
Disliked: The breakfast was ok but nothing special. Although cooked to order and nice sausages.
