Liked: Breakfast excellent and location very good. The host was very accommodating.
Disliked: No negatives. We were well looked after.

Super clean, friendly, and comfortable....

Liked: Spotlessly clean, super friendly, good quality gluten free breakfast, beautiful decor, and parking :) it was a fabulous place to stay. Would definitely recommend.
Disliked: Some noise from the cars outside as I was at the front, but far enough from seafront so no noise from late night partiers. My son had a quiet room overlooking the garden. We both slept well as rooms are very comfortable w good quality bedding and furniture.

great atmosphere & fantastic hosts

Liked: Great location bus stop right outside &train station just up the road, number 12 bus takes you to loads of great destinations, the whole building was light and airy, the decoration was done to a high standard, very clean and comfortable , breakfast was great good quality food and plenty to choose from, the little homemade treats in the room were a lovely touch, they even put green tea bags in our room as they knew what I was drinking at breakfast .we had a great few days with Estelle&Steve and would definitely recommend there B&B

Liked: Estelle and Steve were wonderful hosts. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. They are very professional but with a personal touch. Breakfasts were delicious and, again, personal consideration was given. They have only been welcoming guests since February but their attention to detail surpassed many.

Would of loved to stay...

Liked: Great choice and very tasty breakfast with superb coffee. The room was super comfortable and the friendly welcome from Steve & Estelle was a great start to our short break. The home made muffins in the room were super tasty the hosts make an effort to find out how old your child is so they can be catered for.
Disliked: The weather could of been better but not even Steve & Estelle could fix that !

Liked: Steve and Estelle were great hosts; they couldn't do enough. They were professional and hospitable. The accommodation was presented to a high standard; clean, modern and the finishing touches were exceptional. This included, home made cakes, an abundance of tea and coffee. The breakfast was great; freshly cooked to order and was served hot and quickly.We would definitely book again.
