Great room , not so...

Liked: Very good room . spotlessly clean and with a very big , comfortable bed . Evening dinner was very good too
Disliked: Unfriendly reception . Charging £17.50 per head for breakfast ( not taken ) . Having my credit card charged £100 per day (£200 in total ) and having to wait a few days for nearly £95+ to be refunded. Very weak water pressure in shower .

Liked: It was conveniently located for our trip to the safari park
Disliked: Didn’t realise it was extra to use the pool. Very bad smell in corridor from reception to pool. Room allocated wasn’t big enough for a family of 4. Read that there’s a bbq every weekend so was looking forward to this. Receptionist said they haven’t don’t it this year. We weren’t aware that there was a concert so couldn’t use the outdoor patio area

Very disappointing

Liked: Good location but basic rooms
Disliked: Cleaning staff moving trolleys outside open window early in the morning. Rubber banquet style breakfast as food had been sat too long and poor quality coffee from a machine. There was a lack of staff and it all felt very impersonal. The whole place was messy as tables hadn't been cleared from other guests who had obviously left after having afternoon tea.

Liked: Character full with nice pool and outdoor areas
Disliked: Time constructions on kids in pool and no fun allowed in And a 1 off pool visit should be included in price , I’d understand it if we were using the gym .
