Nice hotel, shame about the...

Liked: Gorgeous setting and brilliant customer service.
Disliked: Food is inedible. Found previous guest's food in drawer!

Liked: Location is great. Spacious room.
Disliked: This is really unusual when the hotel has a gym, swimming pool and if you want to use it you need to pay an extra £5. Also, when you are staying longer they do not provide room service as replacing used mugs, adding biscuits etc.
