Ok, but needs to improve...

Liked: Bed was good, staff were friendly,
Disliked: Hotel is tired, bathroom needed updating, bar shut early, no meal or drinks available on a Sunday. General common areas showed damaged, stairs were uneven, no lift. Breakfast offered little and the cooked part was overdone in parts, other were cool. Coffee mug was cleared from table before I could get a 2nd cup

Loved every minute

Disliked: The bedrooms and bathrooms are in serious need of updating and sorting

Liked: Friendly lady on the reception. Good breakfast.
Disliked: When we asked about parking the receptionist said we could park on the street if we could find anywhere. We were not advised as to where the dining room/bar were located and as to our room being just a few steps along a corridor, turn left and left, again it couldn't be further from the stairs I had to climb with a case. I have a heart condition and "park on the street" and a few steps along a corridor is not much fun. The bathroom floor had a nail or some sharp object sticking up as I discovered when I walked in barefoot. The toilet cistern would not fill up after use unless you pulled the handle back up.
