Very good

Liked: I liked the friendly staff. Good location with stores and restaurants, and especially nice to have the metro right outside. Breakfast offered a fair amount. Room was good, but needed a table and a chair. My double didn't allow but otherwise I was very comfortable with the accommodations
Disliked: Was not a fan of onsite restaurant for dinner in taste or value

Disliked: Very noisy with a cafeteria right below our window Staff insured that they close at 10 pm. Not true. Gets quieter after midnight. Safe was not operational. Staff promised to fix it but forgot about the promise.

Nice hotel, good location, lovely...

Liked: Lovely staff, general hotel was pleasant & location is ideal for centre.
Disliked: Hotel room was very small, decoration poor, windows filthy and view of noisy alley below. Too warm in the room but could not leave the window open due to the noise outside. I think I unluckily got the worst room in the hotel.

Liked: The staff provided excellent advice on restaurants and bars.
Disliked: Pillows were terrible.Room cleaning was poor
